Nice idea, but...
...if you invented a time machine and someone nicked it to go back in time a claim it as their own, then you wouldn't have invented it, therefore you wouldn't have built it in the first future, which would now be a past/second future and you would be a totally different person, might not even have been born. Umm, I know what I mean.

This was quite nice really,
you are obviously a very talented artist, the drawings, the sets and the characters all looked beautiful. Sometimes it just moved far to slow, seemed really laggy sometimes but Im sure those scenes were supposed to be that slow?
Don't get me wrong though,
this is a nice movie.
Thanks so much. Yeah, there were 2 scenes in particular that kept bugging me with lots of lag. I used alot of tweening for the first time, Ill try to brush up on that. thanks for your input :)
You really have hit the nail on the head here...
...the dialouge is really funny and yes it's all so very TRUE. I'm sure NG is full to the brim with people who don't give a shit about how much effort can go into a good flash. But this is the way it will always be, take movies and music for instance - everyone listens and watches but half of those who do will probably turn around and say "man, that fucking sucked" but you never hear Spielberg, Scorsese or Bowie complaining to those people about how hard it was to produce.
...yeah, I know it sucks, when I get a shitty review and a 0 from a person who has no input of their own I feel like I wanna find them and smash their head into a computer screen, but then I realise it's my choice when I submit my work. I have to accept that some assholes will watch it.
This flash is a great outlet for any of that anger.

...this is one of thee GREATEST flash movies I have ever seen, the concept, the execution and the attention to detail have all paid off. Well done. It's really quite touching too. Perfect soundtrack with a selection of catchy tracks that fit perfect with each phase of the movie.
I kinda feel like this guy, only I start at a different time everyday and I'm sure this strikes a chord with most of the people who get the chance to see it.
This deserves full marks in every way.
Great atmosphere...
...basically I agree with everything the last guy said, but you get extra points from me because I love it when someone recreates that scary atmosphere using flash. I'm kinda working on my own little flash horror at the moment and this is quite inspiring.

I loved The Killing Joke...
...this is a good flash. Excellent limited animation technique, great colours and graphics that feel like the Dark Night books.
I was disappointed that you didn't wind the final few pages of the graphic novel into your animation. The actual "killing joke" of the title where the Joker tells Batman the joke about "the two guys who break out of the lunatic asylum..." and the book ends with both of them laughing psychotic asses off.
But hey, who gives a shit right?

I loved the first part when I watched it a few months ago and I have to say I didn't really think you were going to continue. But you have, and not only have you continued it, you've reinvented it and fleshed it out a bit more. Excellent cliff-hanger ending, REALLY looking forward to part III.
James Horner music is a perfect choice for this, he is afterall the guy who did the soundtrack for the Alien movies.

Terrific, but too short.
Like I said, too short for a 4meg+ download. The artwork is nice and gruesome, especially the gory intestines and gorey bits. Zombies are well done too, but maybe a little more facial animation because sometimes they look stiff and stilted (even for Zombies).
Far out... really far...
Now I love this kind of flash movie, I'm not sick in the head or anything, I just enjoy being puzzled and unsettled by them. This one is particularly enigmatic. It's feels like something Kafka, Dali and the Waschoski Bro's could cook up together if they all decided to do a flash collaberation (and if the were all alive.)
